How do I choose a size?
Measure your foot length and leg circumference at the intended cuff height. Use the individual size chart on each product page.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. US territories, military addresses and PO Boxes are not supported.
How long does delivery take?
Handling takes 1–2 business days, followed by 3–4 business days in transit. The estimated total is 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee.
What is the shipping charge?
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Checkout displays $0.00 shipping and $0.00 tax.
What is your return policy?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us first for authorization.
Who pays return postage?
We cover return shipping for our mistakes, damaged or defective goods. For a change of mind, you pay return postage to our address in France. There is no restocking fee.
When will I receive my refund?
After approval, the refund will be issued to the original payment account within 10 days.
